Our illustration shows the high altar of the church of St Stephen, Sneinton, Nottingham. The reredos was designed in 1909 by G.F. Bodley. The carving was done in Oberammergau, Austria. The scens show the Annunciation, Nativity, Baptism, Crucifixion and Resurrection. The frontal is also a Bodley design of about the same time
