Assembly records its thanks to all who have assisted the members of the
Theological and Legal Working Parties in their task and in particular our
Ecumenical Consultants, Fr Aidan Nichols OP and Bishop Kallistos Ware, and those
who have acted as Assessors, Dr Brian Hanson, Dr Mary Tanner, Fr Robin Ellis and
Mr Oswald Clark, as well as all who gave evidence, including the Catholic
Bishops, the Master of SSC, Fr Martin Williams, Fr Arthur Middleton and the
Reverend John Richardson.

Assembly records its thanks to the staff of Canterbury Press for all their work
in recent months which has culminated in the publication of Consecrated Women

This
Assembly takes note of the formation of the Forward in Faith North America
Convocation within the Network of Anglican Communion Dioceses and Parishes and
of the appointment of the Reverend Dr David Moyer as the Dean of that
Convocation. The Assembly urges all members of, and sympathizers with, Forward
in Faith North America, as well as the Churches of the Continuum, to associate
with the FiFNA Convocation forthwith, in order to assist the Network in
realizing its avowed commitment to catholic order.

regarding the ownership of church property and assets for both single and
